My Character Profiles do not update on the Players Site

Some of the variables update but many do not. It is difficult for me to make a comparison with other players when my profile does not match my character. Is there a command in EQ2 to force an update like there is in EQ1? If not, I will cancel this "added service" which does not work well enough for me to be charged for.

Right now it doesn't look like anything is being updated since the 22nd.  I look at my profile and it says last played is the 22nd even though I played all weekend.  Same when I look at the guild roster.  Latest for everyone is 22nd.  Doesn't look like they been updated the data for about a week now.

Thank you, we identified an issue which will effect some characters while following up on this.  Our DB team is fixing the issue now, expect your character data to be updated with the next daily update.
