Is there a list somewhere with all the modifications for eq2.ini file? I know the cl_movie_enabled 0 and chat_allowduplicatechannels 1 but I would like to know what other options I can have.

The lines in EQ2 INI files are nothing more than in-game slash commands.  When you load the game, it just executes those slash commands.  If you wanted to know more commands, just start it off in your chat window and hit TAB.  For example typing "<b>/cl_</b><i><TAB></i>" would list for you all of the commands that start in "<b>cl_</b>".
