Relic question

I was wondering, is it possible for everyone thats lvl 67+ to get armor with the relic look? for example the wizard pointy hat or the ranger hood. or is it only first come first serve?

<p>Last I checked, Hoo'loh only had two pointy hats left in inventory, but he was expecting a shipment from Taiwan shortly.</p><p>Seriously, I don't understand your question. Anyone 67+ can get real relic armor on raids of zones like the Labs etc.</p>

These does not include the class hats (pointy hat or the ranger hood) Class hats: There is a few versions of these:                    1. The Hoo'loh quest line in Barren Sky gives a class hat in rewards (lvl68 i belive), this is legendary.                    2. The final named in the Vault drops a legendary class hats (not equal to the Hoo'loh hat, but same look).                    3. A class hat is dropped from a named inside the labs (fabled version). The class hats has a special looks (like the wizzards pointy hat, or the ranger hood).

  what im asking is, is the armor available to anyone? or is it only like 800 of the helmets will drop and like 950 of the boots ect.
