Immunity in Haven?

Do all characters have immunity in Haven?  I'd like to visit, but I don't want my wings handed to me.

<p>Exile on PvP... theres an immunity timer (still con aggro even w/it). I'm not sure what happens if people in haven attack eacher, haven't been yet. That said, the PvP level ranges do not apply to exiles you can get attacked by anyone at any level, even fellow exiles.</p><p>Edit: and you can't get in unless you do exile.</p>
