Your guide to making money in Everquest II The basics: Money is measured in Copper, Silver, Gold, Platnium 100 Copper= 1 Silver. 100 Silver= 1 Gold. 100 Gold= 1 Platnium. So how do you make money? There are a few Ways. Tradeskilling. Various tradeskills, such as provisioner, can bring in money. The easiest way to make money, is to harvest your raw instead of buying them. This way you can make the maxiumum amount of money. Selling certain things on the broker while selling trash to the vendors. Always broker:

Adept Spells that you do not need

Crafting Books that you do not need

Armor or Weapons that have stats on them

Body parts used in Lore and Legends

Raws (Harvestables)

Shinies that you do not need

Sell everything else to the vendors.

Extra Tips: Always make sure that you stay up with your harvesting by harvesting from nodes every time you pass them (if they are in a safe location) and make sure to do the same with shinies for collection quests also.

Good list Josgar.

I make an average of 1 to 2 plat a day off harvests, collectables and rares. I set prices low so players can afford the rares. Of course I spend it as fast as I make it on Adept1s and treasured for raising the Transmuting.

My average is about 20 gold a day right now. I'm also saving up for a huge house, so I'm hoping I can get more money fast.

I agree with all of that except the crafting books - I sell em right off to the vendor. On AB they are so glutted in the market that they are often sold at or below vendor price.
