Speed of weapon Crits etc?

I was talking with a raid shadow knight on my server.  He mentioned about speed of weapon etc playing a huge role on increasing crit rate and speed of weapon.  Is there a specific writeup on this i have been looking?  to no avail.  I have been saving up every 10 levels to get the  best aviable one hander aviable to me at the time.  Next weapon will be at level 40.  Any advise on what to get i currently prefer 1 hand crushing for soloing.

It is found in Combat forum. It is sticked at top labled "Critical damage and you". That person spent more hours than i would ever consider doing to write it up and its very technical but if yah understand it then yah are gold. Basically higher delay weps with higher spread in dmg = bigger crits. 2.5 second delay and greater 1 handers are generally better than 2.0 second and under 1 handers in terms of crit dmg and thus total dps.
