Does anyone know whether this is just decorative? Is there, or will there be a way of activating it? I just <i>love</i> my druid portals!

When my fury visited it, the portal trainer said I'd visited all the active druid rings. I goth the impressions that ring is not active, but the trainer is there to teach new Furies who start in Neriak what to do and where to go and gives them the initial quests we got from our trainers in our starter towns.
