Alright since LU 35 something ahs been bothering me ive noticed my poison reads a higher proc number with faster weapons. example with no proc increasers but potency Kilij, 1.6dly, 6.8ppm on caustic; Kudzu, 3.6dly, 5.6ppm. also in a fast side by side autoattack comparison it procced the right ammount of times for each factoring in 100% haste over the course of a a 40 sec fight, taken out to 1min the kilij had 13 procs the kudzu 11. this is not how it was need others to test to confim/deny this change.

Heh, this doesn't seem like a nerf as much as a bug. Did you apply poison on the Kudzu then swap to the Kilij? My guess is that it was a display bug and the difference between 11 and 13 is probably due to the streaky RNG. Were your hit rates the same with both weapons? One is pierce the other slash so a couple points could make a difference. For a good test find a high hit point grey ^^^ and auto attack it do death with some low level weapons. Don't use any haste items or procs. The spectres in SS work well for this. My guess is that it was merely a display bug with RNG issues. That said previously my Kilij would proc less than any of my other weapons on a per minute basis when just auto attacking. On all my parses the Kilij seemed to proc less often than it should compared to other delays lower and higher. My ancient velium procced as much as the Kilij and it was 1.3 delay instead of 1.6. I parsed that for weeks and saw the same results (yes, it could have been random bad luck over 10k hits per weapon, but I doubt it). Perhaps there is an issue with certain delay weapons and the math used for proccing and SoE did something to try to compesate. /shrug Next time I have an hour or so to kill I'll test it myself and post here.

havent had time to test but it seems to only affect those with potency

I wonder if potency adds 5% regarless of weapon delay. So say a 3.0 sec delay weapon had a 30% proc rate, a 1.5 delay would have a 15% rate. Those would go to 35 and 20 respectively. Thus accounting for the difference in procs per minute displayed. If that is indeed the case it is actually probably a good thing to make lower delay weapons a little better since they have other issues that make them inferior.

yes but teh display was showing a higher proc rate with faster weapons. example a 1.1dly weapon showed 7.7, 1.6 showed 6.8, 2.5 showed 6.2, and 3.6 showed 5.6

I just didn't do that step in my math.
