Broker search/sort suggestion/enhancement

<p>Would be nice to search and/or sort results by:</p><ul><li>Available for purchase at the house of the owner (get around the commission). To that end, limit the houses to purchase at, based on your alignment (no point in saying the guy in Freeport has the item for sale at his house if you are searching in Qeynos - you are paying a comission regardless)</li><li>Sort items by asking price of the seller within those searches (If I remove the people who dont have sales displays in Qeynos I then want to see who in Qeynos in asking the lowest price so I can visit their house)</li></ul><p>Any other thoughts?</p>

The EQ2 broker's search capabilities pale compared to the EQ bazaar search features. I miss sorting by the amount of a given stat (or multiple stats) so I can tell which items would be the best upgrade. It would also be nice to be able to search for some of the more common special abilities, like haste, flowing thought, regeneration, etc.
