Cant creat character with new race- i have EoF

<p>             Hi all,</p><p>                        i dunno whats going on here, but i cant make an aresai!  i have EoF,  but when i clikc on the aresai race, nothing happens, i can click on any other race (fay included) and the random race toon will pop up and the race name wil highlight, but when i click on aresai... nuttin.  please help! somebody, anybody   <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

Are you sure that you downloaded the content? Click "Preferences" on your launcher and make sure that the optional content download box is checked. If it isn't, then you don't have the necessary files.
