Betrayal Question

I've been searching the forums to determine if the neutral classes are able to choose their coutnterpart class when betraying.  Every thread I've found has disagreement on the subject.  Can any of you clear this up for me?  I'd hate to go through all the trouble only to remain a dirge!

<p>You can betray from Qeynos Troub to Freeport Troub (and vice versa), but will lose your spells.</p><p>You can betray from Qeynos Troub to Freeport Dirge (and vice versa), but will lose your spells</p><p>You can betray from Qeynos Troub to Qeynos Dirge (FP to FP as well), and obviously will lose your spells.</p>
