Armor to Purchase

I am curious as to which armor set is good to purchase for a lvl 70 wizard? My provisioner is raking in the plat so I can afford to purchase some great gear but was unsure of which sets would be good to purchase. I enjoy RAIDing and will work on getting my full set of Temporal Foresight, but for now I want to purchase good gear for grouping and raiding. Any suggestions?

The master crafted player made type is the best buy-able set.  Dragon's breath.

Yea I have most of the dragon breath stuff - but it is all lvl 62. Is that as good as it gets for purchasing gear?

Yea from what I know.  If you hit up the Nest in KOS you can get a fairly nice robe free from the main Boss at the top.  Providing it drops.  Raiding is the next step up I'm afraid.
