Neriak housing size increased from test to live?

Were Neriak housing sizes increased from test to live? I had read that the 5-room was tiny but having bought a place last night I was surprised at how big it seemed to me.

They should have been. They made the housing size changes during test so they should have went to live with everything else.

There are 1-rooms in the D'Morte Inn in the Foreign Quarter, while the 3 and 5-rooms are near the palace as you already know.
