Vista & CPU Usage

Anyone else experience unusually low cpu usage when playing EQ2 in vista? I will be playing I'm i'm getting like 20-35% usage on my cpu. WHen it is this low the game is very jittery and not smooth. I have a Dual Core Cpu, normally in XP it would use 50% at all times or 100% of one core. In Vista when it is running normally it is using 50-62%, however lately i've been showing it going really low, sometimes as low as 20%! This is not right and I don't understand. Anyone else experience this?

<p>That's funny I was bragging about how little EQII and Vista use on my core's</p><p> Vista is on Core 1 and uses about 7%</p><p>EQII in a huge fight uses about 8% and the game is very stable. </p>Do you use the add-on in the extra's to monitor your core usage?

I have a logitech G15 Keyboard that allows me to monitor cpu and ram usage.
