<p>I'm about at the end of my rope.  I want to speak to someone in email(<a href="mailto:[email protected]" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a>) about a billing issue.  Please don't bug me about posting in this forum, this is my last-ditch effort to reach ANYONE!!!!</p><p>And no, the knowledge base cannot help me.</p><p>For mind-boggling reasons your knowledge base(where I tried to aquire email support) would not let me log in using my station id that seems to work fine here and on the everquest2 page?  I tried both Opera and the latest Internet Explorer, both failed completely, logging in takes me directly back to the login page EVERY TIME.</p><p>Apparently my phone doesn't think 858 is a toll free number either, so I can't even call!</p><p>So please, get me a ticket and have someone contact me asap.</p>

I realize this isn't going to help you much (and I do sympathize with your problem), but just so that you know, 858 is not a toll-free number. It is a San Diego county area code. At least you know your phone isn't part of the conspiracy <img src="/smilies/1cfd6e2a9a2c0cf8e74b49b35e2e46c7.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
