/reset title

<p>Can we get some way to reset our infamy to 0?  Since titles will never be taken out of the game can you atleast allow those who choose to willingly give up their title a way to do so without having to feed others their fame.</p><p>/reset title</p><p>Thanks!</p>

Well, like I said I don't want to give fame and frankly KvD, Kill streaks, Total kills, and simply killing and not dying to my enemy matters more to me than my title, so I'd rather not have to [Removed for Content] myself out to give away my fame while destroying my PvP stats. I hate titles and I think if people had the option they would remove it which would ultimately end up in more PVP.

Agreed, with or without a title, people are going to be trying to [Removed for Content] kills and run away from deaths. Imo if you don't want to see runners, go to the arena. PvP servers aren't here so that you can choose who you want to fight and expect them to stand and get killed, PvP servers are intended for fair fights allowing running. Without running, pvp servers would basically be servers where everyone was only allowed to duel, and that would suck tbh

<p>I wish that the pvp server would allow a duel match also.  Meaning, its pvp rules as usual unless you send a challenge to an individual or a group (for that matter).  So if you and a groupmate want to challenge another group, you'll be immune from outside attacks and/or heals. Burns me when I'll be fighting one vs one, in a great fight, then a 5 pack comes up and kills me, thats pretty lame.  Or even if that occurs, they should get no infamy or status ( i should lose nothing too).</p><p> I've only been a destroyer, fyi.  Titles mean 0 anyway to me.  If you're really good, players will know your real name.</p>

I keep seeing posts that say people run so they dont die. But what people are not understanding the runners are not even trying to fight, if you stay and fight you just might win a fight but will never know if you just run from them all. To many people think its cut and dry run or die, how about stay and fight and win?

<p>Ok, as far as titles, wanting to promote PvP, addressing gankers and in interest of a possible better environment, I suggest the following:</p><p>Make titles GO AWAY.  Titles can be farmed, period.  REAL fame comes from attacking/being attacked by people with whose name you come to recognize.  Do you need a subtitle next to Geo. Bush name to know he's the president?  Did you need a name tag on your high school principle?</p><p>Titles are for small children who must be reassured of their place in the world.  Just because you are the greatest ganker, most twinked or spend your time in x3 raids killing solo harvesters DOES NOT MAKE YOU UBER in ANY WAY.  Be sure if I am defeated by you many times, I will respect you, with or without a title ~ the opposite should apply to you as well!</p><p>At the very least, allow people to turn them off ~ that way I know if I am about to engage said small child so I can be sure to not hurt your precious ego or mistreat you and send you crying from the area.</p><p> Flame on, I truly dont give a rat's behind (no offense to my ratonga friends, you all have very nice behinds.)</p>
