Alignment of the new Neriak zones?

Can any alignment do the quest in the new zones or are the NPC's alignment based for evil toons?

Neriak is evil-evil (more evil than Freeport) but some of the quest givers in Darklight Woods might be a bit more acomodating to non-evil and/or non-citizens of Neriak. In other words, some stuff requires Neriak citizenship and other stuff doesn't.

Not linked, so both of them are in their own right an epic x2. If you can survive them, you can get into neriak as a non evil aligned character. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> You will, however, have to dodge quite a fair bit more of that type of guards roaming about in neriak, and 2 of them at pretty much all the chokepoints.

Yes, Freeport citizens can go all over in there.  It's evil aligned, not self aligned.  Freeport players can go in and do things.
