Accord (first spell name, don't know higher level equivalents) used to be a timed spell that you could put on as many people as you wanted, and would, when they were hit, give them an occasional power gain. Recently (ok, not recently, last time they changed all the spells around, half a year ago maybe) it was changed to be a maintained spell on only 1 target, that would give both the target and you a slight power boost when they are hit, and transfer aggro to them if they are a fighter. However, since this change, I have *never* seen this effect ("Concurrence" ) proc, either on my target's combat text (we play in the same room) or mine. Does it actually do anything, just silently, or does anyone know if it is broken?

Honestly, I've been wondering the same thing. Occasionally I get to sneak anomalism in on the MT in our raids and so far haven't been able to notice the difference between having it on him and not having it on him. It's almost the only master I don't have, and mainly for that reason... Would love to see some logs from someone who has got it proc'ing...

I have it on master 1 but if it work or not i dont know.  Maybe someday SOE put every Proc in the log sp that we can parse them.

I see the graphic of it working all the time...just never sure if its worth the time and effort to cast.

It has been single target since the beginning I believe, though they did change it to give power back to both players last summer. It does work, there is no emote for it when it triggers, but there is an animation if you have your graphics set high enough. I've noticed a difference with it. Free agro transfer and mana when you can get it on the MT is always a bonus.
