No npc speech

<p>hi</p><p>I bought the download version a week ago and i still haven't heard an npc talk.. i tried sound defaults no luck.. if i'm missing a sound setting i sure can't find one to enable speech<img src="/smilies/385970365b8ed7503b4294502a458efa.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

Make sure that you have Additional Content selected under the Preferences option in the Patcher. Then run a Full File Scan.
