so i'm wondering...i haven't taken the time to buy the EoF expansion just yet and wanted to know if the arasai will truly be free to everyone, or only those who have EoF...

I believe a dev posted in the preview thread, that Neriak/Darklight woods will be useable for all, but, EoF is required to have access to Arasai Race.

<p>Grimwell is busy atm so I'll jump in on this one.</p><p> US servers are generally patched at 7am PDT/PST.   EU servers are usually patched at 9pm PDT/PST on the same day.  This is to try to minimize the impact on players as we don't want  to bring down the servers during peak play times if at all possible.</p><p> Hope that answers your question.</p><p>- K</p>
