Dual Core Optimizations

Ok, I'm starting to get into EQ2 after a few failed attempts to launch. On the box I play on currently I have an Intel Core 2 Duo processor. Thanks to the magic of dual monitors I can pretty much keep an eye on my CPU at all times. What I'm notcing is that EQ2 is hammering one core to the max, but my second core goes untouched. Are there any optimizations available that will get EQ2 to utilize both cores simultaneously?

no. In fact eq2 is specifically set to run on only one core. Search the forums for more details. I gave you the quick and dirty answer.
