OK, I would just like to have the answer to this question before I respec my AAs (since its getting pricy for me) and kill myself questing. Lets say I have a spell that has a 45second reuse cooldown timer. Now, I also have the Ring slot item that decreases reuse timers of all abilities by 5%. Now, lets say I get a new piece of equpiment that decreases reuse timers by 5% as well (for sack of argument, lets say an Neck slot item) and I equip both at the same time. My question is do they stack? If so, how? Do they add together and gives me 10% reuse timer reduction? Or is 5% applied, then 5% of 5% applied? Here's my math to help you understand: A. Don't stack, hence only 5% reduction: 45seconds -> 42.75 reuse timer B. They add giving 10% reduction: 45seconds -> 40.5 reuse timer C. 5% is applied, then applied again: 45seconds -> 40.6125 reuse timer Yes, B and C are very close, but this is only for a short spell. The timer can add up for 15minutes recast abilities. Now for part 2 (sorry for being so long). If you have an AA ability that "Reduce reuse time of spell by 10 seconds", NOW what happens? Is the % applied, THEN the static 10 seconds, or the 10 seconds then the % reduction? More math: A. 5% followed by static 10seconds: 45second -> 42.75 -> 32.75seconds reuse timer B. 10second static then 5%: 45seconds -> 35 -> 33.25seconds reuse timer Again, this is for a short spell, and longer spells will add up more in a long fight. Is there a set way the game calculates these? Or is it "First come, first calcualted" sort of speak. Thanks in advance for any insight! <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

So you would subtrat the time off of it then the %. The recast times should stack (to my knowledge they do) in an addative fassion (2+5's = 10%). Also know that 100% means half. Least thats how spell haste and melee haste works. So say your spell is 2 second cast time with 100% faster cast that spell would be 1 second cast time not 0 second. I believe the same with reuse so with the 45 second 100% reuse would be 27.5 seconds not 0 seconds. So 10% to your reuse time of 45 seconds would make it 42.5 seconds not 40.5 seconds.
