Qeynos to Neriak?

I'm curious whether it is possible to betray directly from Qeynos to Neriak, or if you'd have to betray to FP first, then to Neriak from there. I've been considering betraying to the evil side but I can't stand FP. Neriak might be a viable option, I'm just wondering how much work it would take me.

You go from whatever city to Haven, then from Haven you can go to any city.

During the stay in Haven it only made mention of going from exile to kelethin, qeynos or freeport. Problem I have run into though is the fae language instructor won't give me the quest for the fae language so I can't seem to go from qeynos to kelethin now.

<p>To go from Freeport to Kelethin you must first become a Qeynosian citizen ( I did this recently) as the person who gives you faction quest for kelethin sends you to a person in fay royal hall before he will give you the faction quest line and unless your high enough lvl to get past the royal guard you cant get in there until you get the faction shift that comes with Qeynosian citizenship.  </p><p>I would think that the opposing side would be the same but we shall see.</p>

Actually, if you stand on the bridge and scroll out from first to third-person view, you can see where the guards are.  Only one patrols on that platform, and once he's away from the door to the royal hall you can dash inside and talk to who you need to. Of course, you can't tell where he is when you're trying to get out of the hall... My necro did this.  He's still a necro, as I intend to leave him in Exile permanently, but he has ally faction with the City of Kelethin, and the banker and merchants all give him better prices than the ones in Haven. Except the horse merchant.  He still won't talk to me v_v
