Im sure most know this as i have done for awhile, but Battlerager hat doesnt proc when you have certain items equppied. I have the Tranquil stone of power on and its lame as hell that it doesnt proc. Any eta on when this is gonna be fixed? I believe the mage wand did something similiar and has been sorted out so they must know what the issue is.
