You can not copy a toon to PvE Test Server. Need to roll a toon on that server. You can copy a Toon from PvP live to PvP test. Log in the toon you want to copy and type "/copytest"

<p>/copytest did not work. Maybe it was just down when I tried but I get an unknown command message when I type /copytest when my toon is up.</p>
