Can't seem to find a quest NPC (Fhera Dyalla)

I can't seem to find a quest NPC woman called Fhera Dyalla. First I though I was looking from the wrong place, but then I checked some websites, namely eq21 for information - I even found a map and looked for her again, but I still couldn't find her. Could someone help me? PS. <p>When you are heading from the Sapling Spur Outpost to the river, there is a large pile of rocks on the right side of the road before you get to the river bridge.</p><p> She spawns in those rocks when you get near them.  She is not really next to the river.</p><p>Hope this helps.</p>

I found her, thanks for help. =) I <b>was</b> in the wrong place after all, and I really suck with maps it seems xD . Some day I'll learn.

I had trouble finding her the first time too.  The quest dialogue is more than a little misleading.
