ok hi well it all started i just got 62 and decided to sleep after playing 4 hours of grinding in KoS. . . and well when i woke up to check my bank i loged in like normal but to my suprise a fatal error with directxrenderdevice.cpp blah blah did research fix the problem faulty drivers were the issue. . .then. . . i tried again and just would shut down. . . i got confused and ask my friend who had the same problem with the drivers and well he said just reinstall EQ II which i did. . . and well i tried. . . i get this Link to image: <a href="http://www.picoodle.com/view.php?srv=img02&img=/8/5/19/f_badimagem_b6c7869.jpg" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://www.picoodle.com/view.php?sr...gem_b6c7869.jpg</a> Please help i been not able to play my game for 3 weeks now. . . and the disc are clean and in perfect condition and are the same ones i used to install the game before.

That screen shot shows us that either your CD/DVD ROM can not read the disc or your hard drive or sector is corrupted.  Take a look at your Application and System logs when that error occurs and show us more information.  To see logs right click on My Computer, select Manage and look at the section called Event Logs.  You can copy and Paste the results here.  Events are stored by Date and Time.
