Wizard armor

i was wondering, i always see this really nice armor that wizards are wearing. its blue and is not a robe but looks like clothe armor. is this fabled? or is it quested? i would like a set for my wizard when hes high enough

Ha! Wizard Armor; an oxymoron if I ever heard one. We wizzies get along with paper to start and graduate to "cloth armor" after a bit. {said with tongue firmly in cheek, you know. I like the looks of the dracomaner set better.  Its the same look only red. I like red over blue.  I know the raid EOF stuff is way better than the relic.  I haven't seen what it looks like though.
