Can't zone into Neriak

<p>I created a new Dark Elf character and I have tried to zone into Neriak, but I get the following error message each time:</p><p>"You must have access to Neriak Optional Download Completed to enter zone". </p><p>I have done a full file scan and download. I have all the optional content checked. I have deleted the Neriak VPK files and redownloaded them, but I still can't zone into Neriak.</p><p>Can anyone help? Thank you.</p>

<p>I have that problem too.  I have characters in Neriak that can't get out and characters in Neriak that can't get in the housing.</p><p>Frustrating, indeed!</p><p>Help!!!</p>

I'm having a similar problem. I was able to create a evil fae but when it got to loading the zone it never displays it. you can hear sounds, see chat text from some npc but everything is black.

I just created a new character, thinking that might do the trick. No. It didn't I get the same error message as before. Bumped into this as well.  Running a file check and such just to ensure the EQ files are consistant.

In your preferences, check the "Download All Additional Live Content" option and make sure to look for a box that says "Download Immediately" Then click "Save" and it should do an update, try that and see if that helps.

<p>Neriak is on the TEST servers.  Geesh.  Anyway, no one can zone in there right now.  Even if you use your Call of Neriak spell, can not zone home. </p><p>Three people playing test server in this room with me and we all tried gating back.  All got the message you read above from this post maker.</p>

<p>Some of us currently in Neriak can log in...but our calls won't work and we can't zone into house zones.  At least those of us in my guild that are currently logged in and not afk.</p><p>And yes Neriak isn't on Live but this is test server where it is Live :p</p>

<p>Also I talked to the houskeeper today in Neriak and he gave me the customary newbie furniture.  When I couldnt go into the room to place it though I thought to put it in the bank only to find that there was none of it in my bags.   No clue where it went.   </p><p>Also tried to use call of Neriak to and it went off and I did not go anywhere, just stayed in the same spot I was in.    </p>

I'm having the same issue -- my ogress can't zone into her 1-room inn room without the Neriak Optional Download, which I can't seem to find.

I sent one of my toons to sinking sands and can't zone back to darklight .

Having the same zoning issues. Did a full file scan with the "Download All Additional Live Content" box checked and the "Download Immediately" box checked.  Still no luck leaving Neriak.

Well, I haven't been on test from before friday, so I logged in. The Neriak zone updated, and I'm betting it's something with the updated Neriak zone that's the problem. I tried d/l the optional pack, but I suspect it's not available for d/l.

Uhm...can't zone into Darklight Woods from CL.  I just tried with a 21 mystic to see if I could find someone to try out the no zoning during pvp fight. Nope, get the same message everyone else gets.
