Why does EQ2Players.com always say "All Servers Are Down"?

<p>Even if the servers are up, it always says "All Servers Are Down" in red... what's up with that?</p><p>/curious</p>

Under that it has:</p><p><b><b>Network Status</b></b> - 04/25/2007 All servers are up.</p><p>It's pretty annoying... obviously the servers are up.. but why does it say in red they are down?? lol</p>
