Getting tired of you Scouts, and not in the way you think!I dont run from most encounters because I am here to pvp unlike many people on pvp servers, but hey they pay so can play how they like. You will and can see tons of threads about Scouts already so ya blah blah blah. My only beef right now with you Scouts is your need to /taunt /laugh after you and your friends manage to kill me. I am a Coercer very under played class and your playing one of the best pvp classes in the game and your gonna /taunt me after you and your "friends" kill me?! The childish notion that you somehow are a better player then me when you are playing the top class for pvp and theres 2-5 others with you playing the same class, annoys me.I dont mind dieing but how about enough with the /taunt and other emotes like you really did something special?And strangely enough it has only been Scouts doing this./Rant off

haha... you just opened a can of corpse humping on you.Only thing I do when I get my solo kills is /bow or /salute.... cause I don't want to "be that jerk". Your not going to change or convice people to stop emoting or corpse humping... they are doing it for one purpose and one purpose only! Sadly...12 year olds usually flock to the "Easy Mode FOTM" classes in any game. It's a behavior that you're going to have to get used to. Just keep a pad of paper next to your computer and jot down their names. I've found catching people like this out in the open...alone... some months later and ganking them into next week is quite satisfying. Yes, as the saying goes...Revenge is a dish best served cold...with some cheese for their whine.Cheers!

If some1 gives me a really close fight and i win, I always do /bow to them, unless they rez 2 quickly.I also have got into the habit of tea-bagging recent if some1 dies in a comical way , cos it canbe quite funny. I even did it to another fper that got killed in The Ruins today, just becuase he was attacking like he was 'at that' then got owned.Some people mite do it to be jerks, but others just do it to [Removed for Content] you off and have an exceedingly immature chuckle about it <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

I always get a laugh out of people who do rude emotes. I mean do they seriously think I would be getting all red in the face because they used a couple canned emote commands? You have to at least be creative to make me feel insulted.

I can understand the frustration of the OP. As someone who is here for pvp, and refuses to run, I often find myself looking up to the sky. Unlike some folks who will do anything not to lose fame, I prefer losing a good fight to sprinting away like a coward. It's the way I play, and I fully accept that I will die, a lot more then the zonehoppers and the cliff divers. When a rare 1vs1 occurs, I will sit and fight it out to the end. Many times, I have had some great 1vs1 fights, where both of us go into the red, and there is no thought of running. Whether I win or lose, I have a good time. And I have nothing but respect for the Q that fights instead of running. I'm so stubborn, I won't even run when I should. I'd rather try to get that one kill even if I end up dying. And when I am the victor, I don't corpse hump, laugh, or dance on the corpse. I've already won. What's the point? However, many times i have been jumped by groups, usually 2 levels above me at least, full of scouts and healers. I fight them, because running is useless most of the time anyway. And when they inevitably win, they feel the urge to laugh and taunt. Wow, how funny! A group of 4 16s beat a solo 13 caster. What skill! Let's laugh at the solo who fought us instead of making us chase him all over the commonlands for the inevitable kill. Really, it's just sad. Not because I think that it's always wrong to taunt, just that there's a right time, and a wrong time to taunt. So, for your reading pleasure, here's Skillet's Guide to Taunting! It is OK to /taunt, /laugh, corpsehump your opponent when: <ul><li>You are jumped by a scout and end up owning him.</li><li>You are attacked solo by a group and kill most or all of the group. Also acceptable if you make them run for their lives.</li><li>You get attacked while pulling a named mob and manage to kill the attacker and the named.</li><li>After a long chase through the zone, you finally kill the guy who jumped you then ran when you didn't die in 5 seconds.</li><li>After any kill involving you knocking your opponent off a cliff, tower, or other high structure.</li><li>After any other sort of funny kill, like rooting and drowning someone underwater, killing them with a charmed turtle, fearing them into aggro mobs or guards, or any other kill that makes you stop playing because you're laughing so hard.</li><li>You win a 1vs1 against someone who went out of their way to log on their alt and send you tells, as a challenge or taunt.</li><li>You kill a forum superstar, like Greenion or Shax. Mods also count.</li><li>They did it to you first. payback is a female ratonga.</li><li>You kill someone who drops over a plat.</li><li>You are killing bot groups. Please /laugh after every kill when killing bots. It makes them cry in binary. [/size"></li></ul>[size="medium">It is NOT OK to /taunt or /laugh at your defeated enemy when: [/size]<ul><li>You killed them solo while in a group of 3 or more</li><li>You have spent the last 1/2 hour before your kill zonehopping and running from everyone white or above.</li><li>Your opponent was green to you.</li><li>You beat an even con opponent with less then 5% of your life left by the end of the fight. (if they gave you that good a fight and didn't try to run, give em a little respect, even if they're a Q)</li><li>You have a carpet or high status mount, 50+ AAs, are hunting in the Tier 1 zones locked at 14-18 even though you have been playing since PvP started, and your opponent is obviously still rocking treasured gear and doing the noob quests so he can get a +1str bracelet. (I'm not saying you shouldn't kill noobs when you are an uber twink, just don't laugh at them when you do) </li><li>You only won the fight because someone else jumped in at the last minute.</li></ul><span style="font-size: small"]<span style="color: #0099ff"]Follow these simple guidelines, and Norrath will be a much better place for all of us. This is just my 2cp, and you are free to disagree. Don't let it get to you when people taunt you, and don't think anyone believes you're anything but stupid when your full group laughs at the solo green guardian you killed. (final note: /hug is always acceptable after a kill. Show your opponent that you care...)

I have also noticed this. The enemy laughs and teabags me at the most inappropriate times.An appropriate time would be after a fight where I think I'm all super sweet and attack some guy who then proceeds to own me.But these aren't roleplayers we are dealing with here.

i make sure to teabag every scout that i kill, shouldnt let a mage whoop your [Removed for Content] imo
