ive never done this before and not sure if this is in the right place to do it but can a dev take a long at the shield of the magi item? its a t7 legendary with only 5int. granted its from a solo quest, i think it needs more int on it considering t5 treasured has more thanks ps. is it possible to upgrade the proc also? enspelled vultak eye and nest robe is much better.
