At a raid where max camera pullback was necessary, it became clear guildmates could park face-in in a corner and see much further back into the room than I could. This was confirmed when we posted screenshots.

At first I thought it was due to my resolution - running 1920x1200 on a 24" widescreen, but lower resolutions gave no more pull back. BTW, the "Max Camera Distance" was set to "Far".

Then I logged in a character on my second account/second PC to compare screens. That PC has a small 4x3 monitor at 1024x768. Sure enough the pull back was much greater.

I then opened the Options/Controls/ViewOptions panels on both machines to compare settings, hoping to fix my widescreen. I noticed the "Max Camera Distance" on the SMALL screen was actually set in the middle of the range, yet it had a much deeper pullback than the widescreen had at the "Far" setting.

Sooooo . . . I adjusted the slider to "Far" . . . and WHOMP, I lost pullback distance. The two screens now had identical pullback, and neither could be improved.

Can anyone help me out here?
