Hello everyone. Level 58 Monk here. I mainly trio with a Mystic/Conjuror and I'm stuck on what to do with my AA's I have 8 pts in the Monk tree, 3 in one of the kicks (don't rememeber which one) to open up the 5 I have in Heal.

My real question stems from the brawler AA's. I have a total of 40 AA now, of those, 9 are used (the above 8 and the opener in the brawler tree). Right now I went down the STR line to 4-4-8-4, and have 11 pts unspent since I can't decide what to do with them. In retrospec (and it will cost me 10g to fix) I did the last 4 in the str line probably foolishly. Depending on what people suggest from below, I'll respec that last 4 pts out.

I'm thinking these are my choices: str, sta, int - 4-4-8 and go the DPS route, since in the parses we have done, on an individual basis, I'm top in the trio, until you combine the conj and her pet, then they are just a bit above me, so I do do a good share of the DPS. With most approaching 50% of the damage from autoattack right now, which the proc from STA and the melee crit from INT will help add even more to. If I went this way I'd probably respec to 4-4-8 str 4-4-7 sta.

If I go with an end line ability (or two) I would probably end up with int 4-4-8-7-2, since in the trio, an add or two, and I am down around that 30% mark quite a bit and/or agi 4-4-7-7-2 to put the Altruism on one of the other two to let them get up to either damage with a clean aggro slate or keep healing me

Or I could go with more of a tanking setup with say 4-4-8-8 wis/sta or wis/int or any combo of the various +deflection/defense/parry/hp.

What are thoughts from fellow Monks around?

I think i've spent probably 40p on AA respects in the Brawler tree, so i've tried alot.

Go all the way down int line for Eagle Shriek and Max out Crit chance. Go down Sta. line to max out your proc. After that it's all you and depends on your gear. I put 8 into stamina, and the rest into avoidance, but like I said, that's just me.

The damage difference between those weapons and str line are neglect. Though, you can get a lot of hp and states boost. Extra hp is useful for you to tank for your trio group. I will suggest you to put points in int and wis line. Get int line first, Eagle Shriek is very useful in group encounter. You get 1400 mitigations boost when your hp is lower than 30%. It helps you tank better in group/solo ecnounter definitely.
