I decided to create an Arasai on the Test server to test the new Neriak quests and such, but whenever I try to log my character in I get the following error message.

<verify>E;deveq2gameclientsrcGameScene.cpp(3924) Failed to create zone. Then it says to do a full system scan. I've done that 3 or 4 times now and still get the same error. I've even restarted my comp after each full scan.

Anyone else getting this and possibly know how to fix it? I done a forum search in all the forum areas and no luck on a fix for this.

try using the regular patcher and doing a full scan with that. once that is done, and everything is hunkey-dorey, then copy your EQ2 folder in program files->sony, to somewhere else so you have 2 copies of the folder. use the SECOND copy, the one you just made, and try the test from that one. there should be a test folder or something in the EQ2 folder that has a "TestEQ2.exe" file with a bright red icon in it. if clicking the test server button on the regular patcher (near the bottom of the patcher window) does not work, try that red icon exe file. it might help.

if neither of those works, i do not know what else to tell you.

I have 2 seperate EQ2 folders already (one for live and one for test), but thanks for the suggestions.

Are you doing the full scan on the Test Launcher or the normal launcher? On mine when I select the Test server from the lower right hand corner it restarts the patcher to the test version. The test files are in the ....testserver directory under the main everquest 2 directory, it launches a different patcher instance
