Fae can betray, but the new "evil fae" race is called the Arasai and is coming with the next GU update...try checking out the in testing forum, tons of stuff about it there.

The Arsai itself are basically evil fae so if you dont have a fae already who wants to go sk just roll one of these. They are adding 1 more cheracter slot for normal accounts and 2 for station so you dont need to delete an alt to roll one.
