Hey there Well I started EQ2 back in January but I became busy with other things at that point in time so never actually got into the game, I just used up the free 30 days I got with the game. My parents have never wanted to put their credit card details on MMORPG games to pay for me but I have applied for a Solo debit card now (I am 16) which I should hopefully receive within the next month so my mum has put one months worth of playtime on my EQ2 account for me (as this will be a one time occurrence as I should have my own debit card soon). I live in the UK so am using the Global Collect payment option and I only want a one time fee of £9.49 taken out of my mums account and then canceling it so it no longer takes money out of her account. I am curious as to how long my account will be on the 'Provisional Active' status for until it has taken the one payment and I can cancel it so it won't take anymore money out. If anyone could help me with this question it is much appreciated. Oh and if this question is in the wrong area of the forums feel free to move it as I didn't want to put it in the FAQ area and I couldn't see any other area suitable for it. Thanks for your help and time with this question.

Thanks for your help and time with this question. </blockquote> Seem to remember that it is a 14 day period which they are waiting for the payment to clear through the payment method, if after 14 days the payment is not recived it goes provisional expired. So would hazard a guess that it wil take about 2 weeks to clear that flag. As long as you cancel before the forst 30 days are up you wil not get charge. If all else fails use Live chat to talk to them - Mon-Fri 10 AM Pacific to 7 PM Pacific - adjust for your time zone
