Hello, I'm wondering what you consider to be must-have items for a player? Please tell me:

1) The Name of the Item

2) Class & Level Restrictions

3) How to Procure: Quest, Artisan, or Mob?

For Example:

1) Class Armor Set (Name Varies Depending On Class)

2) One Set Per Class & Starts at Level 20

3) Quest (location of quest giver varies depending on type of armor and class)

Also, if you could provide any screenshots, that would be fantastic!

Thanks in advance for your reply!

You forgot the most important one of all though... Get a Manastone. Its the one item you won't ever replace... well... for now. Dallun 70 Warden Antonia Bayle

Excuse my ignorrance, but whats with Antivenin Hypo Bracer and Rhondawhatever (invis with a nasty power/health drain) Both I've had in the past, but don't ever use - Am I missing something? Depending on your class (ie if you can carry strong boxes) there are a few bag quests I'd recommend: The Wantisan Artisan's Satchel (raws only and need to be a high level tradeskiller) and Tinkerer's Bag HQ. The Claymore line has some nice rewards eventually but it takes a long time to get to them.

Rhaondrillis turns you invisible... and kills you. Having a way to kill yourself is sometimes very useful.

Antivenin hypo bracer can be used to dispel a poison DOT but it only goes up to a certain level and it doesn't help anymore so I don't use it..

Whoever pointed out Brock's Thermal Shocker... absolutely right I forgot that one. If you put this on a macro to fire off whenever it's ready it's like free DPS.

1. Stormfire (long range bow)

2. It requires lvl 28 to use but is on-par with a mastercrafted tier 5 cedar long bow (lvl 42). An ablsolute must have for bow users.

3. Starts with the ghost a little down the stairs in Stormhold (Sir Valinye (sp?))

Mark of Awakening, 5ft and 4% in total crits (depending on caster/melee version). It can be replaces by other neck items but generally a solid neckpiece for all.

To the OP. You should have specified lvl's. The best items generally for your lvl up until lvl 60, will be high end crafted items. You as a chain wearer can go for mining, and get your own rares, or buy them should you come across the cash. Crafted weapons and armor will honestly get you along just fine. If you see something better drop for your class, then you can upgrade, but the rare armor is just dandy for the most part. Must have items would be as follows, imo Manastone, quest item (heritage quest) Starter drops from a rat that wanders in Thundering steppes. Is usually not too expensive for the starter on the broker. Manastone is the number one must have item. Haddens Earring. another heritage quest. Starts on the docks in Thundering steppes if I remember right... it's been a long time since I've done it lol. Anyways, that is the second most important spell. Waterbreathing is one of those things that you never know when it will come in handy. The bow from stormhold was already mentioned. For your class (I saw it was assassin) you should get a decent botw, and that one is very nice and will last you for a bit until you can find a suitable replacement. For higher lvl's - Vessel of Fyr'un - This is an item that will replenish pretty much all of your power when you use it. Thermal shocker has been mentioned. The other high lvl armor and weapon choices will be apparent to you long before then, but those there are the short list of must have items, imo

PRetty annoying when all I wanted to do was to use my free deathtravel spell.
