Hoo'Loh's hat

If you betray a character over that has this, can the hat be exchanged for the new class the character is. IE. Brigand with Hoo'Loh's Thugish hat, could he betray over and exchange the hat for the Swash one?

<p> From everything I've read, the answer is no. The quest giver only allows you to exchange old graphics hats of your class for the newer graphics hats of your class.</p><p>  I could be wrong, but I recall a thread a few weeks back asking this same question.</p>
