Does anyone know where this level 20 No Trade Ring comes from that gives you 115 to all resists?

You sure that is correct?  I've been farming trash in BB for 3 days straight 8+ hours each day, as have guildies.  Nobody see site of this ring yet.

I know for a fact that I looted one from one of the wisps in Butcherblock a few days ago.

I play on a PvP server this ring would be for my level locked level 20.  I also have T7 and T6 toons but I like to pvp in all tiers not just the T7 x4 vs x4 pvp for contested mobs.
