Crafting xp bar bug?

I looked through a number of posts on the forums but none answered my question. I am a culinary crafter, level 19 and should have hit 20 today. When I gave up trying to reach 20 this afternoon, my crafting xp bar said 'experience toward next level is 202%' Yes, it really said that. I kept cooking and the level 19 bar just kept filling up without capping. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem? Thanks...

No... didn't realize I have to make a choice in addition to craft leveling?

Thanks for the tip, I decided to pay the trainer a visit and solved the problem, I leveled to 20 just by talking to him. I really appreciate the help, it just wasn't obvious to me as to what I should do...
