cant get my optins screen and map to show up

does anyone know why this is happening. when i first load the game if o hot options it shows for a split second then disappears, the map never comes up, any help would be appreciated

<p>Are you running any custom mods?</p><p>Have you tried a Full File Scan?</p><p>Have you checked the keymaps for both windows for conflicts?</p><p>Just some thoughts but somewhere to start anyways.</p>
