LD on skillup's & death

I have a problem of when I die, or skill up on tradeskilling my game just freezes. I have gone LD from it many times, other times I just wait 10-20 seconds and Im back at it again. It does happen more on my alt than my raiding main. It is very annoying. Anyone had this happen or know a soultion?

I guess Im the only one in game with this problem. Cmon there has to be someone with an answer out there
