Are these outfits available to players?

I've seen these outfits on male vampires and I'm wondering if they can be made or found? <img src="http://www.lynndaniel-art.com/outfits.jpg" border="0"> These two come from the opera house in Neriak but the fellow in the rectory in the Loping Plains has a similar style outfit. Please let me know if they can be gotten, or even made. If not, if someone from Sony could say if they will ever be released for players. Thanks!

No, they are not.  If I had to guess, I think the outfit might actually be part of the high elf vampire model.   If you played the adventure pack Bloodline Chronicles, the outfits on the vampires in that were also part of the model.

I never bothered to work the quests, but the merchants in Nek forest near the bloodlines zone in sell some low level clothing.  That might be the closest you can get.

Thank you for the replies. Gromann, I checked out the merchants you mentioned but you have to have done some quest that I haven't completed. (Possibly a Bloodlines, or Tomb of the Night quest?) So, I did an exhaustive search on the items listed for sale on the web and with the broker in game, and I could not find a sigle image of what they looked like. Thus, my next question is does anyone have screenies of the Ceremonial Tunic/Robe of the brethren or the Ceremonial Tunic of Marr, or of any of the following cloth armor lines?
