Before you tell me I am posting in the wrong forum, I know. There is no point in me posting this in the EQ2players forum as There have been no answers given in there for any of the questions being asked daily! Please can you tell us why some of the advanced EQ2players features that we as customers are paying for do not work. Currently there are a number of threads being posted with regards to Chatting with guild through the EQ2players site not working, it works for some but for most this function does not work, and yet after many posts being polite asking for help even trying to contact the SOE CSR chat help which was not working either! Nothing No responses,Sent PM's to the EQ2players CSR still nothing, apart form an Email from Grimwell dated 03 May 2007 17:49 which was to inform me that he would look into it. Grimwell it has now been 7 days since that last E-mail and I do appreciate that you are a busy person, but can you please update people that are currently paying for a service that does not work. The service stopped approx 9-11 months ago for any of my guild and other guilds across various Servers. Please go to the Eq2players Dept and ask the questions, as it appears as if we are being ignored.

And the eq2guilds pages is broken completely. The web devs seems to be a lazy bunch. Stuff break, and wont get fixed for a year or more. Whee.

I'd like to sign my name to this petition as I have been one of the posters being ignored on the Players forum for over a year now.

All we would like to know is a word from one of the Devs saying what is happening because, to be honest the deafening silence just says to me that NOTHING is being done. I am prepared to accept that this problem with guild chat seems to be non-global and as such maybe extremely difficult to track down. However, you have a number of people on the various threads, from different parts of the world, with different setups, prepared to discuss the symptoms they are seeing. All we would like is for SOE to show us they are doing something.

Otherwise discontinue the service and reduce the subscription accordingly. We have paid for this for over a year with very shoddy service.

Not good...

Not happy...

Do you care....?

Probably not.

<rant over>

So disillusioned about this I think I will go to work tomorrow!

Wonder what MY clients would say if I blatantly allowed part of my service to lapse yet continue charging them for it? Wonder how they would react if my attitude was to ignore them or tell them to "stop posting multiple threads about the issue"?

Hmmm.....I don't think I would have many clients left, do you?

Heh, they move the thread - but do they care about its contents? no... Doubt it will ever be fixed. I'm about to stop paying my extra buck a month.
