Lost my spell bar

Hello, I seem to have misplaced my cast timer bar. Using the default UI... I've looked everywhere for it, and looked in the options for the hotkey to turn the window on, but to no avail. Can anyone help?

My tip is .. use the same UI-settings on all your characters, so if one has a bug you can just restore it from any other char <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
