I'm a little late on getting around to Neriak but I must say, Bravo.  A very beautiful city.  Has a very "underdark" feel to it.  <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> This ought to go into the portfolio to convince WOTC why they ought to let SOE do an MMO's using one of their brands.

SOE didn't develop DDO. Turbine developed it. I think what the poster was saying is that he thinks Neriak is a prime example of artistic vision that has been well-executed.

Yes, that's the jist.  Very well implemented artistic vision.  And at the same time shame on Turbine for doing such a terrible job.

Ah, yes. The city that I am proud to call home. Although, it does somewhat remind me of Undercity (from a world far, far away...)...
