i am trying to move my toons from one account to another, using the character transfer page. i enter the destination account details, it says 'account validation failed, please speak to a CSR'. when i try to use station support to seek chat or email support, this is the exact same message i am getting. how the hell are we supposed to speak to a CSR when your support page is not even working? this has been the case for a while now, and free character transfers are ending soon. i hope soe can get this fixed

I have tried redoing my character transfers every chance I get for over 24 hrs now & each time I get "Transaction on hold by game." I also can't contract CR because webpage is down. <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Have you tried deleting your cookies/temporary files...clear out your cache?

well this is just frustrating after waiting 2 days i finally get a reply from a CSR, telling me that my problem is an extra comma  in the billing address line in one but not the oth er account so when i try to reply back to tell them i cant find a way to change the billing address without the website wanting to bill me again, i get that same internal server error msg when i try to acces s the page this is particularly helpful when the last few hours of free character transfers are approaching i can see why there are people who leave the game due to bad customer service, i feel like doing the same myself
