Question about the 2nd ability in WIS line. Does it work with wards? If so, does it work with Soul Ward? What is the final increase with 8 points?

<p>Boosts heals and power regens by 37.5%</p><p> M1 Heart will regen something like 100 power /tick, with AA into Force canni it boosts Forced Canni to like 40 power /tick.  Works on heals, forced canni, hearts, shards and maelstrom to boost the healing and power as well as EoF AA cani (13.8% instead of 10% power)</p>
