Signature displaying in wrong language

For some reason my sig is displaying in wrong language.  It's supposed to be race Half Elf and class Swashbuckler.  All my other 8 chars a displaying in english correctly.  Has anyone got any ideas how I can correct this.  All 9 chars are on the same server (Runnyeye), so don't know why this one is displaying wrong.

This is an intermittent bug that has something to do with localization issues, according to SOE.  I have had the same problem a couple times.  It usually goes away within a day or two.
